The new Bowflex Ultimate® 2 is our top-of-the-line series, featuring the latest in fitness design, engineering and construction. The Bowflex Ultimate® 2 offers our best warranty for any Bowflex® machine - a 12-year limited warranty - in addition to the Bowflex® No-Time-Limit Power Rod® warranty. The BowflexUltimate® 2 offers over 95 exercises - more than any other Bowflex® model.
The Bowflex Ultimate® 2 comes standard with 310 pounds of resistance and is upgradeable to 410 pounds.

How does Power Rod® Technology work? Do they offer real resistance?
The Bowflex Power Rod® Technology®System offers resistance from the start to finish of each exercise (unlike weight stacks). Power Rod® Technology feels very much like free weights or dumbbells. Power Rod resistance is progressive, meaning that the more you flex the rods, the more weight you are displacing. Resistance strength training with the Power Rod® Technology is what makes the Bowflex® home gym so effective.
