RETURN POLICY

The Bowflex® Brand is a superior product, we guarantee this with confidence. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Just purchase your Bowflex® equipment and workout for six weeks. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the results, simply contact our customer service department on 0800 269 3539 for Return Authorization. Then return it, including any accessories and packaging.The Bowflex must be in its original as new condition and you will receive a full refund, less shipping and handling. Item must be received back to point of sale with in 6 weeks of date of delivery.

Returns

This policy applies to products purchased direct from Bowflex®. If you purchased a Bowflex fitness product from a retail store, please refer to the store return policy. All returns and refunds will be less shipping and handling costs.

Bowflex® accepts returns of merchandise only under the following conditions.

  • You must contact Bowflex® on 0800 269 3539 and have confirmation to return the product
  • The merchandise must be returned within the Satisfaction Period specified (within 6 weeks from date of invoice)
  • Products returned without authorisation will not be refunded or credited and will be either returned or held
  • Your return must be received no later than two (2) weeks after authorisation from our customer service team.
  • Products must be returned undamaged in as new condition and returned in original packaging.
  • Must be in original condition with all accessories and materials included.
  • Refunds do not include shipping and handling or assembly fees.

Unauthorized Returns

Bowflex defines an unauthorized return as any merchandise returned to our facilities without a valid written confirmation of the return (this may be either by email or letter from our customer service team). Any merchandise returned must have attached confirmation. The customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any return.

Order Cancellation Policy

Your order begins processing as soon as you click the "Submit" button or have confirmation of order. After submission, it may be possible to cancel your order by calling us directly. Once inventory has been allocated to your order, it cannot be canceled. IMPORTANT: Any attempts to cancel your order after it moves into the shipping process does not guarantee the order will not be shipped.

If you change your mind about the order or we are unable to stop your order, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.
