• Hi my name is Chris. I have had the Bowflex Sport™ for two years now. I am a 21 year old male who was a bit over weightt and felt I needed to loose the weight so I bought the Bowflex®. When I started I could bench about 250 and I thought I could do better. Now I can max out with the Bowflex®. I had mine upgraded and can bench about 420. I also use free weights I work with. I dont like the freeweights but when I am away I use them. The Bowflex® is so much better than the freeweights. I used freeweights since I was a freshman in highschool and didn't improve that much very fast. But with the Bowflex® I noticed a differance in a week. My chest was not as big. • I am a 51 year old grandfather of eight. I was always a hard core ironhead and wouldn't think of working out on a machine. In 1998 I was training very heavy and blew out an elbow on heavy deadlifts. My shoulders were always sore and I wasn't making much in the way of gains so I decided it was time for an extended layoff. In 2002 they found the reason for my run down state. I had a brain tumor around my pituitary gland and it had messed up all of my hormones. My testerone was at zero and prolactin levels were elevated completely off the charts. They removed the tumor in August of 2002 and I was determined to start training again as soon as possible. My wife and I are raising two grandchildren so there wasnt much chance of going to the gym. My brother-in-law told me I had to try his Bowflex®. My wife bought my Bowflex® around the end of that year and I started gradually working out again. Over the course of the following year I was slowly making gains as the doctors were working on getting my body working correctly again. I have been training consistently again now for the last 2 years and I'm in the best shape of my life. I live close enough to work that I am able to go home for lunch and catch a workout. • I just wanted to say THANKS for making such a great product. I purchased the Xtreme 2 a couple of months ago and all I can say is WOW!!! I wasn't sure of the right modle for me when I was deciding but after talking to one of the consultants who had been using different Bowflexs we were able to narrow down exactly what I needed. Being a 35yr old single dad with a 5yr old the quietness of the machine allows me to work out after putting my son to bed without the worry that the clanging of weight plates or racking the weights would wake him as did before with my old bench and free weights. Not to mention that the speed & intensity in which I can go through my workout (no cable changes) has given me results I never saw with my old system. I couldn't believe the gain in size myself until I measured up!!!! My shoulders chest and biceps have never been bigger...but they will be!!! Along with making an EXCELLENT product and having an informative staff you also have TOP NOTCH customer service. I just called inquiring about a swooshing noise I started hearing from one of the lower pulleys. Nothing major but I thought they could give me tips on how to clean it out or grease it or something to that effect. Talk about going above and beyond the represnative told me dont bother with that sir well go ahead and send you a replacement immediately I almost dropped the phone when she said it was at no cost to me not even the shipping!!! Please post this to anyone considering buying ANY Bowflex® product...BOWFLEX DOES IT ALL FOR YOU ALL YOU HAVE TO SUPPLY... IS THE BODY!!! THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!!!!!!

• I started using a Bowflex Sport™ January 4 2005 combined with the Bowlfex® body plan book which provides reccomended workout routines and eating plans. As of today April 4 2005 I've lost 30 pounds according to the scales and I'm guessing probably 35-40 pounds of fat if you factor in muscle gain. Ive gone from a size 37 waist to a size 33 which will probably be a 32 within a couple weeks. And I only work out 3 times a week for about 30-40 minutes. My arms and shoulders are starting to take shape and though my chest has shrunk in size it harder and more toned than it probably has ever been. Im excited to see where Ill be at the 6 month mark. - Morgan Holkesvik
