Expandable To 410 Pounds
The Bowflex Ultimate 2 and The Bowflex Ultimate XTLU come standard with 310 lbs of resistance while the Bowflex Xtreme, Bowflex Xtreme 2 and Bowflex Sport machines come standard with 210 pounds. You can add more resistance to all of our machines -- up to 410 pounds! You can hook one, two, three, four or all of your Power Rod® Units to the cable pulley system and go from as little as 5 pounds all the way up to 410 pounds of resistance.
