• I used to have the Power Pro® XTL and the results were great. I then purchased the Ultimate so I could try the adjustable pulley and improved leg attachments. I am amazed at the difference. I was getting to the point where I no longer could feel myself growing. With the diffenent angles of resistance on the Ultimate™ I can feel it the next day again. • We purchased our Bowflex® last Christmas (2003). We took pictures and started our individual workout routines. We felt a little silly at the time but the six week results and now the year results are pronouced. My wife son and I all enjoy different exercises. Each of us have seen results based upon the type level and intensity of our routines. I really enjoy not leaving the house to workout but getting a solid workout and then still siting down with my family for breakfast.
