• I owned a Boxflex Power Pro® for two years. It was a great machine. Now I own the Xtreme™ 2. I would say that the best just got better.

• I bought the Xtreme™ 2 for my wife for her birthday. She wasn't interested in going to the Gym with me. She was too self-conscious. I set up the machine in about one and half hours. The directions were a snap. My gym buddies came by to see the equipment and all were impressed with the quality of the machine. I like it better than going to the gym. I can work out at home with my wife and have the comfort of my own home. My wife loves the Xtreme™ 2 and finds that it is easy to switch between exercises. I wouldnt hesitate to buy this again. • I had always been a free weight guy. But I could never find any exercise for my shoulder (rebuilt due to a football injury in 1980). In 1995 I began a quest to find a machine that could give me all things I liked about free weights and at the same time work the small muscles of the shoulder that would give me stability. After much research I selected Bowflex®. In 2003 I upgraded my Bowflex® to an Ultimate™. Great machine. I love the built in lat tower and the adjustability for wide grip stuff.
  
  My brother in law loves the fact I gave him my old Bowflex®.

• My name is Corey Gravitt. My father purchased the Bowflex Power Pro® XLT to help him get into shape (he's in his late 40s). At 17 years of age myself I too thought that maybe a little bit of exercise couldn't hurt. I have friends that use free weights, steriods and various other methods to acheive mass and strength.... but I decided that since my Dad spent so much money on the Bowflex® and then got too busy to use it, I would put it to good use. I started a safe program as described in the free book and poster that comes with it and coupled with proper diet, exercise and a few nutritional supplements...I was able to put on several pounds of muscle in just 6 weeks. Another thing I liked was that the book gives you a few different programs that help you acheive different things. So I was able to first tone my existing muscle and similtainiously burn non-essensial body fat. Then start a body building program that increased muscle mass, size, strength and overall look in a matter of weeks. So in closing thanks Bowflex® for creating an easy to use at-home workout machine with the power of a whole gym. It saved money on gym memberships, trainers, drugs or any other form of working out for that matter. It effectivly produced the results I needed with the easiest use of timespaceand money. So I recommend having this machine in your home for use on your time rather than having to go to a gym and bounce from machine to machine while getting advice from an overpaid trainer who justs wants your money anyday of the week. Just follow the program and do what the book says use the machine properlyand you too can get results like I did.

• I would always see crappy fitness products advertised on T.V. and like a damn fool I ordered some of them and got absolutely no results. I ended selling those so called fitness products I ordered at my own yard sale. Three years ago I saw the advertisement for the Bowflex® on T.V. and thought I would give it one more try. Well I'm glad I did. I am a 36 year old man and no longer have to envy the well built 18 and 25 year old men thanks to my Bowflex®!!! I look great and my self esteem is better and I'm getting lots of compliments from friends and family. Combining my Bowflex® workouts with a good diet gave me maximum results. • I love the Bowflex®. I use it for strength traning and to build my muscle. Which it has done for me. I have noticed that I am stronger and I am more lean and fit. My muscles have gotten bigger. I love doing the bench press arm curl, leg curl and I love squating on the machine. I focus more on building my upper body. Like my shoulders, chest and back. I like working my ads to. I work out in front of a mirror and when I am working out I can see the muscles I am working out actually getting worked. I love it. I notice a change in the first week I was using it. • I worked out with free weights for almost 2 years and got some results. I bought a Bowflex® at the end of July 2004. Now it is October and my body is looking really good I've had girls take a second look at me and even my grandparents have noticed. It has tightened and toned me way bad ass.
