• I bought my Bowflex® almost 10 years ago. Prior to my Bowflex® experience I worked out consistently with free weights for 10 years. After trying several other non-free weights home gyms I found Bowflex® to provide the range of motion most like free weights. That experience sold me on Bowflex®. However what I didn't know then was how much energy I wasted in my free weight work outs moving & positioning the weights. With Bowflex® I discovered how I could better work my muscle groups by keeping the energy channeled in the exercise itself. Almost ten years later I wouldn't exchange my Bowflex® for any other muscle building program. In my more than 20 years of serious body building I haven't found a more comfortable leg extension, leg curl machine than that of Bowflex® either. Despite making Bowflex® recommendations to several friends and family I wasn't overly energized to add my testimonial (I've never publicly endorsed any product)until today. Today I brought my second ever problem with the equipment to Bowflex® Support Personnel. Again the people of Bowflex® took outstanding care of me and have fixed the problem free of charge with the greatest of ease. They won my heart! (For those interested in the problems I've found my Bowflex® to be extremely durable. I use the system at least 3 times a week 40 mins at a time with approx. 150 lb resistance area. I've maintained that pace for the 9+ years I've owned it. The only two problems I've encountered are: 1) a cracked/broken handle strap 2) reduced tension in the 50 & 30 lb power bars. As I mentioned they promptly replaced the parts with great ease & free of charge.) - Rick Aaron

• I purchased a Bowflex Xtreme™ 2 on 92104. It arrived as scheduled and was easy to put together (especially with the hardware already sorted and labeled). I love this machine! With the movable pulley positions and no cable changes the variety of exercises and movement from one to another is incredible. Plus I really appreciate the sturdiness and stability regardless of what weight I am pulling. I have been an ardent follower of Ellington Darden's slow repetitions and the Bowflex® smooth and quiet operation with progressive resistance fits this to a T. I can speak from experience in recommending this machine. My wife feels totally comfortable in using the Bowflex®. I have been pleased not only with the use of my Xtreme™ 2 but with every facet of my Bowflex® experience from packaging delivery and assembly to follow up after the sale. I recently called Bowflex® support because one of my overhead pulleys was not operating smoothly enough. A new replacement part was shipped to me immediately no hassles. • I have to admit I was not sure what to think of my Bowflex® when I first got it. I have used free weights for many years and did not see results right a way I was even thinking of sending it back. I stuck with the program for several months and in the last couple of months I went from a size 40 waist to a 34 loosing about 60 pounds. When I went back to compare the free weight work out to my Bowflex® I was shocked. When I first started I struggle bench pressing 180#’s. Now I am at 260#’s during a normal work out.
