  For years I've owned and used a full Olympic set of weights. As I got a bit older (38 now) I realized that an injury would take me out of the game for along while. The Bowflex® allows me to workout on my own in a very controlled environment and without the risk of serious injury.

• Hello my name is Craig Heffner and Im 38 yrs. old. Back in Sept. of 2003 I tore my bicep 90% off the bone and needed surgery. I spent four months at therapy. The best thing I liked was the bands. Easy movement was nice so I started to use my Bowflex® because of the easy and fluid motion it has.
  
  I compete in a competition called the firefighter combat challenge and I'm a volunteer firefighter. Thanks to my Bowflex® I am competing this year again. I'm also going to compete at the World Championships in Las Vegas this year. I'll never give up my Bowflex®.
