• I bought the Bowflex Power Pro® 3 years ago. I have been on an aggressive of a plan that I could handle starting with a very basic program. I started benching 80lbs. with a 40 chest 36 waist whimpy arms and chest with 20% body fat. Now Im benching 200lbs I have a 32 waist 44 chest 15 arms and only 10% body fat. • Having been a member of a gym for quite a lot of years I was skeptical of the home gym systems that one sees in advertisements on the T.V. and the papers. Your system included. After a lot of research and a lot of commercials showing home gyms of one sort or another I decided on your product and purchased your Bowflex Ultimate™ machine. Very easily put together the Ultimate™ was ready for use in no time.
  I have always been one to believe that free- weights were the only way to really get the pump that we all desire. After getting used to the concept of the Bowflex® system and learning to use my arms and legs as single units when doing pressing movements I have found that the Bowflex® can give one a great workout and a pump as well as any free-weight routine one could develop. I received my Bowflex® for my 25th wedding anniversary and I and think it may be one of the best gifts I have ever received.
